Reefer FRIO PETROPAVLOVSK runs aground on the south pier of IJmuiden.

The ship lost steering this evening and ran aground on the south pier at IJmuiden. The tugboats Bernardus and Thetis from Iskes have secured the vessel and are bringing it inside.
The ship was destined for the Velsen Terminal in Velsen Noord but will first go to Vissershaven IJmuiden for inspection.
